Bob Jester
is thrilled to be a member of the Articulate Theater Company. He received a B.A. theater from the University of the State of New York and an M.A. from California State University. He has performed in various regional theaters to include the Goodspeed Opera House (The King of Hearts directed by Gabe Barre) and the Sacramento Theater Company (Scrooge, The Elephant Man, and Cloud Nine). In Europe, Bob appeared in the premier of Venus, written by Suzan-Lori Parks at the English Theater Berlin. He was also a featured performer at Varieté Theater Chamäleon in Berlin’s celebrated Märkische Markt.

Bob has appeared in three productions with the Articulate Theater Company to include The Skin of Our Teeth and two productions of “Articulating the Arts.” Bob’s New York credits also include the Accidental Repertory Theater’s production of Good Morning America: The Johnny Johnson Dream Show, written and directed by John Strasberg. He has also understudied several roles in Romeo and Juliet and Much Ado About Nothing at The Pearl Theater Company. Bob has written several plays and musicals, staged publicly in Berlin, New York, and Sacramento and hopes to realize future productions. In addition, Bob is a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Air Force
