WILLIAM LOCASTO  Raised in Connecticut and Long Island, William’s first produced play was The Plot: A Murder Mystery (2004, Creative Voices Theatre Company). His next two plays, Blind Study (2005) and Switch (2006) were featured playreadings in John Chatterton’s Midtown International Theatre Festival.
