Kelly Zekas is a writer and actor. Her first novel, THESE VICIOUS MASKS, will be published by Macmillan in February, 2016. She writes about different people, ages, situations and time periods, but her characters' issues are usually about love. This is undoubtedly because she started reading Harlequin romances at 11 years old. Kelly graduated from NYU Tisch School of the Arts and The Stella Adler Studio with a BFA in Acting and a BS in Sociology. Since then, favorite roles include a lot of Shakespeare: Celia in As You Like It (S&P), Benvolio in Romeo & Juliet (S&P), Cordelia in King Lear (American Bard) - and plenty of newer works: Martirio in Alba (Planet Connections), Elizabeth in The Many Universes of Elizabeth Brooks (S&P), and Neara in The Empress of Sex (Planet Connections). Kelly is a member of S&P Productions, MTWorks, and a founding member of Articulate.
