ACTOR-SINGER
ATC Founding Member

Hriitu Deepakk's  foray into the lime light began at the tender age of two. It all started with a solo song on National Network, telecast live in India, which drew rave reviews as she was the youngest talent at that time to memorize and present an eight-stanza song live on air.

As a child artist, Hriitu was very active in the performing arts – films, TV, radio, theatre,  Tele-Plays and Tele-Films, along with regular singing & acting performances on National Network. Growing up as a teen in Bombay, she continued to build on her performing arts career, gaining valuable experience in varied forms of the performing arts & walks of life, including the play Psy'clone' an English play about six legendary characters - Mahatma Gandhi, Adolf Hitler, Phoolan Devi, Marilyn Monroe (played by Hriitu), Lady Diana, Bheema - who fictitiously come back to life and have a stimulating discussion on human cloning. She also anchored TV shows, modeled, and starred in sitcoms. Other representative works include a Pepsi Commercial with Amitabh Bachhan, Shubh Mangal Saavdhaan, Khatta Meetha, and Nazdeekiyaan.

After moving to New York, Hriitu continued to pursue work in theatre and film, as well as working part time as a chef/consultant at a midtown Indian restaurant and doing charity work for institutions. She is building her career here and has already been a part of
the Mass Mutual Diwali Campaign, Optimum online, and Salaam Bombay commercial. Aside from her work in front of the camera, Hriitu has also worked as as a writer and voice over artist. She speaks English, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Marathi, Punjabi and Gujarati, and is always looking for fascinating new projects.

"Social work, traveling, sharing & interacting with people with innovative ideas bring me joy, as I feel that, I have a constant desire to reach out & explore new avenues to connect with like minded & creative people to work together & excel in my craft." - Hriitu Deepakk
